Planning and Regulatory Division
The Historical Rainfall and Hydrologic Data webpage has been moved to the new WISKI Web data server. This new site offers additional data and is updated more often than our old site. Official Data Reports are available in formatted text reports and comma-delineated files for importing into a spreadsheets. The Official Data Reports are updated when the records have been checked and finalized. Preliminary Data are made available between Official Report updates, but are subject to revision as the data are checked. Please read our Frequently Asked Questions about the new website and the data it provides..
For certified data, hydrology studies, or any other hydrology request please fill out the Data
Request Form and e-mail it to HydroData@ventura.org.

Warning: VCRat 2.5 is NOT compatible with the new Windows Vista Operating System. VCRat 2.5 and the TC Calculator has not been verified to be able to run on computers that contain the Vista Operating System. VCRat 2.5 should not be installed on computers with Vista.
Training Schedule: No training classes are offered at this time. Individual training is available at $75.00/hour and can be scheduled by calling Mark Bandurraga at (805) 654-2003.
